Responsibilities

The Town Council is the policy-making body of the Town of Granby and comprises four elected members and is chaired by the Town Supervisor. The Granby Town Council is responsible to enact local laws and ordinances, adopt a budget, award contracts, sets policies, appoints personnel, and provide general oversight of the town government. Meetings are typically the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month. The public is welcome to attend all meetings and the first meeting of the month allowed for public comment.
