Although not specifically authorized by statute, the Town Council may appoint one or more committees to advise them on particular matters.  The Town Council has created four committees or work groups:

• Zoning Ordinance Review Team
• Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee
• Water Advisory Committee
• Community Activities Team
